Hi Rohit,
They are coming up good housing projects in Hadapsar, Wakad, Baner, Wagholi, Kondhwa, Senapati Bapat Road and also at Ambegaon. They are also coming up with projects in Kolhapur. Many projects successfully completed and given timely possession. Also came to know that the quality of construction and materials used are good. The builders are having a good reputation and goodwill and have thousands of satisfied customers.

Can you suggest me some good projects of a reputed builder in Kolhapur? How is the infrastructure development of the locality? How far is the civic amenities from the locality? As i am going to reside with my family, children have to catch buses. How is the transport system?
