Phase 4 of awho twin tower at pari chowk is an excellent project being constructed by an comptent builder. the quality of construction is superb and the centrally located. The drain has no effect on the tall building as it is away and the wind direction does not effect . A very excellent location and project next to jp greens and parichowk .

Thanks Daniel for the quick reply and confirming that the location is good but my main concern in construction quality as said by Baijnath also. All I know is that the contractor is Shapoorji Pallonji but no idea about the seepage issues. Other AWHO project in noida do have the seepage issue but their contractor is different.
As far as naala is concerned, I m sure sooner or later it will be covered.

Hi...i have heard that the construction is average and there are water seepage issues already. but i think you should contact the AWHO to clarify your doubts and give you a clear picture.

Hi Manish, This project is in greater noida and within a walking distance from pari chowk..so surely quite comfortable situated. but I think that for the area to be comfortable living it will take time say another 4-5 years. the possession expected is in june this year and the work is going on at afast pace.

Hello, Daniel is right that the project is good and is at a nice location but the presence of the naala on one side of the project is very disheartening... and that too no ideas if it will get covered or not and when is a big question...
