well this is bang on NH8 and near the already functional Hotel Hilton, the dwarka expressway is comming up towards the backside of vatika and the sector roads are in good condition....

Hi Arpit, the project is in on the main Delhi jaipur highway and these are high rise apartments with VRV air conditioning and a whole township is planned. there will be shops and club in addition ample play area and space marked for schools as well.

The locality is pretty good with the highway nearby and the poject will be completed in another 2-3 years and by that time the development will be at another level only.... the locality will be very good and considering the fact that many good projects by reputed builders are there... DLF ultima, gurgaon21 apartments, city homes, tata primus and microtek projects are some of the nearby ones.... majority development here is by the DLF...so you can expect the area to be quite happening in the future...

As its a party of Vatika India Next so the development will happen for sure..........who knows how quick? But yes its a premium residential project.

Hi Arpit, this is still in pre launch phase and has a discount of 200-500 rs.. so the basic price quoted to me was around Rs 6500/sqft after discount.

well the project is good with nice big flats. they have 2 bhks in 1500 sqft, 3bhks in 2100sqft and 4 bhks in 2600sqft.
As i was looking for a 3bhk, i was also offered club membership and 2 car parking included in the basic price..so overall a nice deal.
