Q: Dear Sir/Madam I have invested in ramprastha skyz project in Gurgaon Sector 37D in Sept 2011 with all incusive price at 4135 per sq ft ( total area 1750 sq ft), till now property is under construction stage, Can you please advise whether I should stay invested or I should look out for selling this property , pl note that I have top floor in my name, Thanks
Hi all, Got demand for Tower G 16th Floor Completion. Has anyone been on site? Is there any progress on brick work and inside work or RP is just charging the money for building skeleton structure.?
Hi Jamuna, Hi, I didn't get inside as I dnt have permission so just have a look from the barrier in front of skyz. for tower a/b/c/d, brick work was almost reaching upto the floors till structure is complete, railing, internal fittings for split ac's was done in lower floors, so overall not much progress from outside but internally the work is going on at nominal pace. It is expected that the construction work will be run till Octobet-Noveber and the possession will be in December'2014.
After construction: they take around 2 years for finishing and 6 months more for handing over. Ramprastha has not handed over their earlier projects which were due in August 2012. Expect 5 years for SKYz for possessions.

I agree with jamuna...i was speaking with one of the brokers in the area and he told that the current rate is around Rs 5000/sqft and when the possession is given the prices will further increase and will be at almost Rs7000/sqft. so you can decide on whether to keep or sell.

Well Kunal, the project is nearing completion and is almost 60-70% completed. although the possession is expected at starting of 2015. and anyways the builders take 3-4 years to build and give... so as far as i see you should stay invested.
