Latest Answer: Any one would be better off lighting there money on fire rather then spending on ramprastha builders Donot trust them unless they deliver the flats and complete the project. Edge towers were to be completed in 2012 and its 2016. They have bene giving new dates every 6 months

Q: my bank Icici is not willing to pay further instalments for home loan as builder has taken 80 % of the total money but the project has achieved only 35%of construction level.bptp is putting pressure on me to pay or they will charge 18%interest .what are the options available to me as i have signed trip arty agreement with bptp ,icici and myself
Latest Answer: hi Samar,thanks bank is in touch with the builder and i have also wrote to buider by mail many times that my bank is not ready to finance but builder is keeping quite and sending me only reminders for payment.

Q: BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Q: Dear Sir/Madam I have invested in ramprastha skyz project in Gurgaon Sector 37D in Sept 2011 with all incusive price at 4135 per sq ft ( total area 1750 sq ft), till now property is under construction stage, Can you please advise whether I should stay invested or I should look out for selling this property , pl note that I have top floor in my name, Thanks

Latest Answer: Hi , I have invested all the money of my family along with bank loan and made almost 90% payment to BPTP for a 1470 Sqft flat in park generations projects , they have designed the construction linked plan in such a way that they can extract almost all the payment by just constructing the bare structure . In last almost 6 years they have just constructed the bare structure in order to collect almost all the payment from buyers and there is no sighn of possesion . I request all the Flat Owners to contact me so that we can form a group and take legal action against the builder
