Q: This question is to the all the customers who have invested on this project, regarding information of the Construction start date. Since 2.5 months, no much progress have been marked in the site location. Could someone please share the views?
Yep Friends, All your positive points are well accepted. Even I thought of these points and invested in this Project. But since last 7 months I see no progress in the Project, due to absence of "Environmental Clearance" document. The Builder is asking investors to push more money even though the Construction work is not started yet. Has anyone among your friends or relatives invested in this Project? I would like to know if someone has really gone ahead with registration + stamp duty process. Builder is putting lot of pressure to do the registration process, but we are bit worried, as the Construction work is ZERO progress. Can someone guide me, how to go ahead? Which would be the best way to communicate to Builder and how to handle this scenario. I have already paid 5 lacs to the Builder, including booking amount Your guidance and support would be very helpful! Thanks in advance Ahan, Pune
Nice project, if this project is near by Mumbai - Pune highway then one should definitely get good amount in future. If possible van anyone tell us what are the amenities they are providing.
Hmmm. Yeah you are right Mr Krish. The flats are located at the prime location near to Mumbai-Pune Expressway and also they are at close proximity to access to Mumbai. The nearest railway station is Ravet station which is just 2 min from the site. Rohan Silver Palm Grove has 2 and 3 BHK units. The bookings have already commenced for this project.
