Thanks for the info provided Mr Shantanu. If I invest in this project or buy a flat in this project how is the connectivity?? Will I get good appreciation value in 5-6 years down the line. Also can somebody provide me list of good projects in Ulwe??

Hello,
The apartments are well connected by road and rail mode of transport. Buses are available on frequent basis from Ulwe to other areas like Uran, Vashi, Sanpada, JuiNagar, Kharghar etc. There is rail link coming up from Uran to CST connecting Ulwe. The proposed airport is also underway at Ulwe. Since the locality is fast becoming one of the emerging areas in Navi Mumbai, developments are taking place at a higher pace. Prices of the properties are surely going to get appreciated in the coming years due to major infrastructure developments tend to take place in Ulwe.

Hi Lalit,
I came to know that this project has 1 and 2 BHK units. 1 BHK comes with an area of 640 sqft and the price comes to about 35.20 lakhs. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring 1090 sqft and the price comes to approx 60 lakhs which does not include registration and other charges like tax and stamp duty. CIDCO has approved the project.

Hi Sankalp,
Since I have booked a 2 BHK flat some time back, I was told that I will be getting amenities like swimming pool, club house, 24 hrs power backup, hitech gym, children play area, modular kitchen with granite counter top and with stainless steel sink, all rooms with vitrified flooring, rooms having concealed wiring, anti skid tiles in bathrooms and also have visitors car parking. The builder is quoting Rs. 5500 as rate per sqft.

Hey Dear Rakshit,
The project has already been commenced in 2013 and work is underway which consists of 2 blocks having 14 floors. Most probably builder will hand over the possession by Dec 2016.

Oh Thanks for the latest updates Mr Bikram. By the way want to know what are the flats available in this project, its price and the amenities. Is the project been approved by necessary body?? What is the present price per sqft the builder is quoting?? Do let me know about it??
