Hi Praveen, Looks like you too are in the same page by booking a flat in Shagun White Woods. There is no water supply in this locality or in this flats since one will get 24 hrs water from Navi Mumbai Muncipal Council. Moreover the flats also have bore water which are very much sufficient to meet the requirements on daily basis.
Hi Shantanu, Ok. Seems like the connectivity is excellent. But once the rail line and the airport becomes operational, transport will be very efficient and very much convinient. One can reach CST from Ulwe in flat 20 minutes. But one thing I would like to know if the project is being approved by concerned department?? Which banks are providing finance for this project as I am planning to take a home loan for purchasing a 1 BHK flat in Shagun White Woods.
Hello Deepankar, Got to know that the project has all the required approvals and sanctions from CIDCO. Many banks are granting finance for this project like HDFC, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI and Axis bank. You can avail loan from any of these banks as per your budget and requirements.
Dear Lalit, In fact i just inquired about this project to one of the company executive and found out that the flats comes with 1,2, and 3 BHK units. 1 BHK has a total area of 640 sqft and the price comes to about 33.20 lakhs. 2 BHK has a total built up area measuring 1160 sqft and costs Rs. 73.78 lakhs and 3 BHK comes with area ranging 1655 sqft and price starts from 1.10 crore. The price quoted are excluding registration, stamp duty and other charges.
Hi Sankalp, I heard that connectivity is good by mode of buses and trains. Bamandongiri railway station is the nearest station that is located close to the site. Vashi and Seawoods are approx 10 kms from this place. There is a proposal to start a railway line between Uran and CST via Ulwe. Another major advantage of this project is the proposed upcoming international airport which is not very far off from the project site. Besides one can take taxis, cabs and autos which are easily available from the project.
Hey Rakshit, It is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Shagun Realty which is coming up in Ulwe. The project has 4 blocks having G+ 12 towers. The construction of the work has just started and delivery will take place by Dec 2017 for the final phase to get complete. As off now work has commenced for Block 1 with laying the foundation, girders and the pillars.
Hmmm. Ok. May I know what are the flats that are available in this project, its cost and the amenities offered. How much is the builder charging per sqft?? Is the connectivity and infrastructure good? Kindly let me know as I am planning to buy a unit in this project.
