@Himani: The project is located in Mogappair East, Chennai. Mogappair East is developing locality. All amenities like schools, shops, hotels, hospitals and banks etc., available nearby. Very close to Ambattur Industrial Hub. Away from Huste Bustle life of city still near to city center. Yes as far as I know it will be good for investments.

Hey as far as I know, mogappaiar East is good located place at Chennai. It is 3 Km distance from Annanagar at 1 Km distance from MM Hospitals, DR Cherian Hospital, SBOA School, DAV School, next to 7H Terminus, very safe area, near CMBT, supermarkets and vegetable shops.

Hey Subramanya, units such as 2bhk and 3bhk are available. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs. 95.25L - Rs. 1.02Cr for 1270 - 1365 sq.ft , for 3bhk will be around Rs 1.02Cr - Rs. 1.17Cr , for 1365 - 1560 sq.ft .
