Q: Hi, i am planning to buy 3 BHK in Loni Road, Ghaziabad? can anybody suggest me some good project in that location?

You can go for Bharat City, Ph-2. As the project is located at Loni Road, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad. It is a joint venture Housing Township by BCC and HDFC. Bharat City joint venture of BCC and HDFC PMS is spread over 50 acres of prime location land of Ghaziabad. Bharat City is one of the best upcoming Township of Ghaziabad. You are absolutely right Sooraj. I have booked a flat in it. It offers 1/2/3 BHK apartments where the sizes of 1BHK is 585 in just 18.50 lacs, 2BHK in 775/995 sq.ft from 24-29.60 lacs and 3BHK in 1295/1395 sq.ft from 38.25-41.10 lacs. with free car parking, 1KV power backup and club membership absolutely free.

Can you tell me the possession date of the property? What is the total nos of units in it? Can i booked my flats on 5th floor? I also heard that project has not launch yet. Is the price negotiable?

It is a G+14 apartments and almost 2000 units are going to construct within 18-20 towers on 65 acres of land.
Sorry, you can't book as 650 flats have already been booked. But you can get your units in 7th or 8th floors.
Yes, the project is still in prelaunch phase and is going to launch at the end of this month. For further discounts you have to visit their office.
As per the discussion with sales person, the expected date of possession would be near about June'2016.

No, it is a GDA approved projects. The project has got all the approval and almost all the bankers and financial institutions are providing loan for this property. Because of the good appreciation by the customers the rate has increased Rs. 250/sq.ft increased just in a few months.

This project has a very good connectivity with the Delhi/NCR region. ISBT Anand Vihar is 7.5 kms, Kaushambi is just 8 kms distance, proposed metro station is about 4 kms, ISBT Kashmiri Gate-15 kms, Dilshad Garden Metro Station- 6.5 kms, ISBT Sarai Kale Khan-18 kms and just 3 kms away from Delhi.
