Q: 1.when i buy a property what paper are needed like lease rent paper or NOC etc.
2. in noida ext. there is difference in lease rent like some builder are taking RS.65/sq. ft. some are taking Rs.85/sq. ft.etc..

Hello Mr Kamat, while buying a property you need to have copy of the sales deed and of all previous deeds as well,the agreement and all receipts.if you are looking in a group hosuing society then look for
1. share certificate issued by the society
2. lease deed of the society
3.NOC from the socitey
4. registration details of the socity

As far as i am aware the lease rent differs fron area to area and from builder to builder...
