@Pranab: Units such as 1bhk for 17 lakhs onwards for 453 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 25 lakhs for 700 sq ft and for 3bhk it would be Rs 45 lakhs for 1265 sq ft.

@Rubiya: The expected completion date will be by june 2014. Kundrathur is an excellent place with good drinking water, clam and clean area, fully surrounded with temples like Murugan Temple, Perumal Temple, Sakilar Temple, Sivan temple and lot more. It is well connected with road to all part of Chennai and especially Sriperumbudur and South Tamilnadu. It is also surrounded by good Educational Institutions like Muthukumarn Institute Of Technology, Madha Engineering College Arts and Science College, schools like Vivekananda Vidyalaya and lot more.

Hey Viswanathan, banks such as corporation bank, HDFC bank, Axis bank, LIC, ICICI have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft is around Rs 3,400.

@Pranab: It is a good & decent area to live with your family & it has an easy access to all major parts of Chennai like Tambaram, Pallavaram Porur & Sriperumbathur. It is has a good schools & colleges etc. All people can choose Kundrathur as a best choice. Definately it would be good for investmets as well.

Hey It is very close to Kundrathur Bus Terminus and next to Madha engineering college, 500 meters away from outer ring road from Vandalur to Minjur, just 100meters away from Kundrathur - Sriperumbudur Highway.
