Whats the appreciation trend that is prevailing in Ulwe and can I expect a good return in about 5 years time if I invest now?? Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Hmmm. Nice, Looks like the amenities offered are really good and awesome. Before I make any booking in this project, would like to know if the project has been duly approved by concerned department. Which banks are providing loans and how is the connectivity from the project to other places.
Namaste Vinay, Since I have booked a 1 BHK flat in this unit, came to know that the project has all the required approvals from CIDCO. The project has been financed by several leading banks like HDFC, Corporation bank, ICICI, SBI, LIC Housing Finance. Heard that as off now connectivity is good from the project to other places like Vashi, Belapur, Panvel and Seawoods which are approx in a distance of 10-13 kms. There is also a proposal to start a railway line from Uran to CST via Ulwe for which work has already commenced. Besides there are buses available on frequent basis to travel from this place to other parts of Navi Mumbai and Thane.
Hey Abhishek, Platinum Regalo has G+6 floors and consists of 1 and 2 BHK flats. The area for 1 BHK comes to about 670 sqft and they are quoting Rs.38 lakhs which includes registration, stamp duty and other charges. 2BHK have an area measuring 985 sqft and are priced at Rs. 58 lakhs including registration and VAT.
Hi Shri, By the way I came to know that they are charging Rs. 5000 as rate per sqft. Also spoke with the marketing executive and learnt that the flats come with luxurious amenities like mini cricket pitch, badmington court, swimming pool, elegently designed entrance lobby and visitors parking. They also have a mini landscape garden.
Hi Ashish, This is one of the ongoing projects which has G+6 floors and is located in Sector 16. In fact came to know from company representative that possession will be around March 2016. Also got to know that the project was launched 2 months back and the construction work has already begun which is in full swing.
Oh Thanks for the latest updates Mr Abhijit. Since I am interested in buying a flat in this project would like to know what are the flats available and its price. How much is the builder quoting per sqft?? Are the amenities good enough to buy this project. Do let me know about it.
