Hello, please update about schools and hospitals in the vicinity...

Hello Dhiraj as much as i am aware there is a corporation school and the pune medical multispeciality hospital are there..there are other schools, hospitals, cafes, as well..the area is quite good near the highway and centrally located with various IT parks and offices nearby.

Hello Mr.Saxena, as far as i know there are 1bhks and 2 bhks of size 855sqft and 1124 sqft respectively. The basic price told to me was Rs 4850/sqft +aother charges and so a 1124 will roughly cast about Rs 57 Lakhs and an all inclusive of Rs 63 lakhs(approx). can you tell what type are you looking for?

Well this is one of the important location quite close to the Amnora towncentre and on the mundhwa malwadi road , near to the mumbai highway... there is more store close by and the Magarpatta city which is an important business centre with offices of IBM, Accenture and mphasis to name a few.
there are other cafes and stores as well.

oh..ok are these flats under construction or ready for possession and any idea whcih banks are providing loans?

Well as far as i know they have 3 phases and have flats that are ready to move in as well as under construction. The flats in the third phase are expected to be ready for possession by november2015. you can opt for flexi plan and down payment plan as well.

Banks like SBI,HDFC, Axis etc are proving loans you can approach other banks as well with the relevant paper works
