Q: As I am planning to book a flat in this project, can somebody let me know what are the documents required from the builder before taking the possession. Can somebody help me out with the check list.

Hello Anuj, In fact I came to know that this project has only 2 BHK's. 2 BHK comes with an area measuring from 1150-1225 sqft and are priced between 59.80-63.70 lakhs. The project is being financed by many leading reputed banks like HDFC, ICICI, Axis bank, LIC Housing Finance, IndiaBulls and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Yes indeed the project is being wholly approved by CIDCO.
Hi Sandeep, Spoke with the marketing executive and learnt that the project will be launched shortly most probably in month of May. The possession date is going to take place by June 2016. The builder is charging Rs. 5300 as rate per sqft.
Hi Ramesh, There are certain check lists to be ascertained before taking possession of the flat from the builder. As far my knowledge is concerned you should obtain documents like, 1. Possession letter 2. Letter of allotment 3. No objection letter 4. Agreement letter 5. Sale deed 6. Blue print / copy of the plan 7. Commencement certificate 8. Completion certificate 9. Receipts of payment given to builder
