Guys this place is quite and peaceful neighborhood with all facilities and international schools within 2kms, 70 meters from ECR Road and can get away quickly for a eat out or a night out.

@Viswanathan: Guys the project is almost ready and almost units are sold out. The price for 4bhk is around Rs 4 cr for 3800 sq.ft. When are you planning to go for site visit.

@Pranab: The project is located in Palavakkam. It is a very posh locality with lot of greenery, near to cool, beautiful beach. Very near to all places in the city. Peaceful area to spend your time with family. Market, bank, schools, city is at reach within minutes.
