Q: Want to know when the builder give the possession of the same? How is the builders reputation since I have plans of buying a flat in this project.

Oh Ok. Thats good. May I know what are the flats available in this project. Is there any water issues?

Hello Anuj,
Some days back spoke to one of the executives of the company and he told that the there are totally 8 floors in this project. The executive also mentioned that there are 1,2, and 3 BHK flats available in this project.

Hey Anuj,
In fact came to know that the flats have water connection obtained from BMC and has 24 hrs uninterrupted supply. The flats also have deep borewell dug to meet the daily requirements. So according to me the water problem doesn't arise at all.

Hey Ravi,
I came across that the project is still not being launched and its in the pipeline of launching in about 2-3 months. The Builder says that it will take approx 2 years to complete. Eagerly waiting for the project to get started. Keeping my fingers crossed!!!!.
