Q: HI, i have booked a 3BHK property in Shriyans at Hinjewadi in Pune? Has the project got all the approval? Under which Municipal Corporation it comes? Kindly reply.

May i know the project connectivity? How is the civic development in the locality? How long i have to walk for the market and hospitals? Is there any good school?

Hello Priyanka,
This project has a well connectivity with the other part of the city. All the civic amenities such as schools, colleges, hospitals, market, hotels etc. will be close at hand.
It is 10 mins from Akrudi Station, Hinjewadi and the great connectivity with Expressway, Hinjewadi IT Parks -10 mins, university are in 20 mins distances, Audh a town in Pune is 15 mins, Mumbai-Pune Highway-2 mins, Railway Station-10 mins, Aditya Birla Hospital-10 mins, convent School & colleges-5 mins.

May i get a brief detail about the project Silveroak Shriyans? What is the basic sales price they are quoting now a days? Which are units still available for booking? As my uncle lives in abroad showed their interest in this property?

Silveroak Shriyans by Silveroak Builder is a residential project at Hinjewadi in Pune. It offers 2/3 BHK in various options where 2BHK in 836-893 sq.ft and 3BHK in 1290-1318, @4230/sq.ft + additional charges.
At present all the units are available in 2/3 BHK as it was launch in the October'2013.

Thanks for the update Rohit, When i was asked for the possession date they reply me that they will give its possession till 2015 end. Do you have any update of the possession? Which all banks are providing loan for this project? what is the total no. of units in it?

Well Krish,
According to the conversation made with the executive, the possession date would be around March'2016.
Almost all the leading bankers and financial institutions are providing loan for this project.
It is a G+13 single building project having 150 units with covered parking in the basement.

Did you inquire about the project approval at the time of booking? These are the query you have to know or ask at the time of booking or at the time of site visit. Because it is a matter of your hard earn money.
Yes, this project has got all the approval from the Timpri Phiphwad Municipal Corporation.
