Hi all,
I am planning for a site visit of Rachna Yashprabha. Can anybody tell me the exact location of the project? How far is the project from the Pune Railway Station?

Hello Priyanka,
It is really a good decision before buying a property because your hard earn money worth for you. It is in true means a centrally located location with connectivity to Deccan, Tilak Road, Karvenagar, Mhatre bridge, Senapati Bapat road, Kothrud etc.
You have to travel a distance of 4 to 5 kms from the Pune Railway Station to Law College Road to reach the project site.

Ok.....Erandwane is the best for all commercial and residential purpose. Easy availability of all major transportation like bus and auto ricksha, connectivity with the major parts of the city in Pune like Swargat, Shivaji Nagar, J.M. Road, Law college road, S.B. Road and city area are the highlights of this area.

Very close to all facilities hospital, school, colleges, offices, hotels, Deccan gymkhana is 2-3 minutes away via river road.

Even i am planning to buy a 3BHK units of this project and had a word with their sales person. As per the conversation the expected date of possession is September-2015.
There is no such issue with the project as the construction work in full speed. So, stop worrying. Your invest is good as it lies in the prime area of the Pune.
