I have done booking for one of 22 bhk flat at Village residency 5 months back. Builder had told me that they will get NA approval within three months else i will get my entire money back within 90 days. I had waited for 90 days, infact proactively chased up builder after 75 days that incase NA approval doesnt look visible please refund my money. After 90 days i had cancelled my booking as builder has still not got NA approval but its almost now 150 days i have not got the money.
He is not giving me my money back from last 150 days. Now Verbally he says that he will give me interest for only 1 month but not giving me my entire money back, make different excuses for from last many months.
Ideally he should be giving me money along with interest for days he kept my money. Based on false promises builder is taking the money and uses it and doesn give back as promised.

As per him all people cant be satisfied and he somehow trapped me in with marketing skills so plz beware and try to spread it as much as possible to save many people.

Hello Priyanka, At the time of home loan the bank ask for your 3 yrs. back ITR, ID Proof, Address Proof and Form-16. SBI, IDBI, HDFC, AXIS, BOM and LIC Housing Finance are the leading loan provider banks for this project.
