Well Diptarishi, As It is 10 yrs back project so you will get instant possession of the property once you cleared paper work or the amount. No, the project has got all the approval by KMDA and HIDCO so, you have to clear the payment before possession.
DLF New Town Height is 10 yrs. back property at Rajarhat New Town in Kolkata. So only resale property is available for sale in 2/3BHK from 1250-2016 sq.ft @ Rs.4800/sq.ft but there is a negotiations in this rate. The current property rates in Rajarhat New Town is approximately 4200-4500/sq.ft depends on area.
