Latest Answer: I booked my flat during the pre lunch of this project but they just make money with the investor. If you are planning for investment then its good, but if you are planning to stay here then please dont go for this. Couple of my friends also invested in this project, now they are looking for something else to stay. This Builder take lot of time to complete their project they havent completed the Bellagio NOT lvl NXT till now with all amenities. I am sure they will complete the floors and brickwork of this project because they will demand money in each milestone from the customer. But they will never complete the project with all amenities so you will never be able to stay here.
