Me too booked in siddhi vinayak in jan 2014.. Construction not started yet. Simply delaying these guys are not trust worthy.. Cont : 09873300984.. Please contact who has booked in same project lets discuss what can be done now

@ Ravi, Dreamz offer affordable housing and they even give good discounts as well. While booking did you check all the documents provided. Are they in place? If yes you need not have to worry then.

Dreamz Siddhi Vinayaka is a pre launched project and they are planning to launch it by next month. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the major banks.

Every builder has some pros and cons so do they. I would suggest you that before booking an apartment just check all the documents thoroughly.
