@Rubiya, Yes the project is approved by DTCP. Orgadam is a very prime location surrounded by residential & Industrial area. Located on 4 Lane State Highway 57, South West of Chennai on the Chengalpattu-Kanchipuram- Sriperumubudur corridor. Equidistant from Sriperumbudur on Bangalore highway and Singaperumal Koil junction on GST road. All the facilities are available in this locality.

@Himani: Oragadam is nice locality and opposite to Hirco Palace, 120 feet road on road project, MN-Cs, SE Zs and many company nearer by, school, college and S RM university are very near by. Amenities: tar road, street light, drainage connected , 1.5 acres allotted park and 1 acres allotted temple.

Hello Rubiya, the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 46 lakhs onwards for 1660 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 35 lakhs for 1250 sq ft. When are you planning to buy ?

@Himani: The completion date will be by april 2014. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 2,700. Oragadam is the very largest industrial hub in Chennai. As maximum industries are located in this location. It is a fully developed area with most of the schools and institutions nearby.
