Hi Rohit, the project is under construction and the possession is expected by mid of 2016. The price of a 2 bhk apartment in this project will cost you around Rs 80 lakhs. You have to directly talk with the builder regarding the clear title and paper work.

Malad West is a suburb in North Mumbai has a a railway station on the western line of Mumbai Suburban Railway System. It is well connected by Linking Road, Swami Vivekanand SV Road and Western Expressway. This expressway is just a 5minute drive through a flyover. The average property values in Malad West range from Rs 13000-16000/sq-ft. Due to higher property demands in West, there is a large demand as well as supply for smaller sized homes in the West. The average size of property in West is between 500-1000 sq-ft.

Apart from that the area is one of the best localities to live in with various temples, churches, gardens, playgrounds and a beautiful environment. All essential facilities such as schools, shopping malls, restaurants, colleges, malls, banks etc are available in the vicinity. Availability of such facilities is attracting more and more families to set up their business and homes in the locality.

Is it safe to invest in this Transcon property as he is offering it at a very affordable rate. But not too sure if this property is cleared or are there in any issues since it has been around for so long. Can somebody advice me on this please? Is there any other project in the same locality?

Well Anuj,
The reason of pending for so long is that the MOEF clearance. But they received it in Jan'2013. So the work has started and now it is almost to finish. Regarding the project stage, i recently visited the work site and saw the structures are being built for housing the tenants.
Some of the projects in localities are Royal Sapphire-possession in 2017 approx, Auris Serenity-possession in 2017, Gurukrupa- possession in 2016, Avalon Paradise-possession in 2014 end, Romell Diva-possession in 2014, Interface Height, Raj Infinia- possession in 2016 etc.
