Well Nitesh, Yes, you are absolutely right. I have asked the same question with their executive but they are replying that we will possession on time. So before buying you can check the agreement copy that compensation on delay possession is mentioned or not. This project has no such issue regarding approval. It is PMC approved project. The leading bankers of this project are HDFC, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., SBI and ICICI.
