Even i am planning to buy a plot in Doon County and had a word with their sales head and he said that the current price of plots in 150/200/250 sq yrd is Rs. 5500/sq yrd.

Doon Counting by Aiming High infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. located at Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. It offers Plots and Villas. Plots are available in 150/200/250 sq.yds, @5500/sq.yds. At the time of booking ona has to pay 10% of the property cost.

Doon County is a MDDA approved project and has got all the necessary approvals.

It is 5 mins drive from IT park, dehradun,
1 km from Sahastradhara Picnic Spot,
2 mins drive from Parsvanath's SEZ project,
well connected to Mussoorie via New Bypass Road.
