Can any one plz inform. When was the possession given by builder of Aqua Blue project? Was their any delay in possession. And how is the builder and project. They are coming up with TWIN ARCS project in Punwale. Is it worth purchasing ?
Hi Abhilash, I have a word with their executive an they told me that it is ready to move now. Better visit the developer's office or the project site to know the fact. Ask whether they have got the OC or not. Without occupancy certificate you will have to face a lot of difficulties in future.

Closed to Hinjewadi IT Park, PCMC MIDC and very closer to developed area like Ravet, Nigdi-Pradhikaran, Chinchwad. It is just1.5 kms from the Pune-Mumbai Highway. It has well connectivity with Akurdi Railway Station. Few infrastructural development is also happening here. So, in future it will give you a goo appreciation.
And The current price trend in the locality between 4200-4600/sqft. Only two areas in Pune where you get affordable property rate one is Punawale itself and other is Chikali. Previous record shows that the rate of appreciation in this locality is 10-12% every year. So, if you are investing here for a 3-5 yrs of time period will get a 40-50% of return.
Contact the developer or visit the office self because their site is showing that this project is ready to move and even i inquired about the possession they told me that project is ready to move and some of the owners of this project are occupied.
