hello siddharth,
i have bought a house in Dasve, posessions have not been given yet. Remember to read the aggrement first, you will get posession only after 2.5 years of signing the aggrement. there are a lot of other issues. please think 1000 times before buying.

One more thing that i forget to share that prices are fixed no discount or negotiation one can get.

Mugaon by Lavasa Corporation Limited at Lavasa is the second town after the successful completion of Dasve in Ph-1. It is a very special project because it is going to be a world of attraction.
It offers Studio Apartment in 500 sq.ft, 1.5BHK in 900 sq.ft, 2BHK in 1000-1450 sq.ft, 3BHK in 1700 sq.ft and 4BHK in 3700 sq.ft @ Rs. 4500-5000 sq.ft. All the Studio Apartments have been sold out only 2-4 units are available for booking and few units in 3BHK in Lot 121 (Bellshore) - Building No-4 is too available for booking.

Can i get a home loan for this property? Which are the banks who are providing loan for the property? Can i get my property on time? When are they giving possession of this property?

Hi Pravakar,
Project approved by leading financila institutions such as HDFC, Union Bank Of India, State Bank Of India, Central Bank and Bank Of Maharashtra.
Yes, they have already given possession of Ph-1(Dasve) on time. So no need to worry about the possession. Even they are giving possession of Ist lot in May'2015 and the 2nd and final lot in November'2015.

Mugaon at Lavasa is approved by SPA i.e Special Planning Authority and has got all the project related approvals.
This project is spread over 71824 sq.ft of land. The 25,000-acre region is a horseshoe-shaped region lying in the Deccan region’s Sahyadri mountain range. It is a G+5 apartments having 52 units in 2nd phase.

Very good question Pravakar,
I had a discussion with their sales head and he said that banks will provide only 75% as a home loan and rest of the 25% you have to pay at the time of booking which includes Stamp Duty and registration charges.

It is 6 kms from Dasve,
A proposed exit from the Mumbai-Pune Expressway via Lonavala and Tamhini which will reduce the travel distance Mumbai and Lavasa by an hour.
It is 3 hrs from Mumbai,
1 hr from Pune.
