This Property is diverted in construction.. ? Shall i get completion certificate and occupancy certificate?
Dose this has Computerised "Khata E" copy ?

@Neeraj, As far as I know the project has been approved by BMRDA so you can apply for E Khata. E Khata will be issued with digital signature.
