Rakshit please be specific.please tell how much appreciation can i expect over 6-7 years by 2020.i have invested in bhoomi acres and possession is in 2016 end.It is reputed devloper.Can i double my investment by 2020??

Hey Abhishek,
First of all do make sure that the project is being undertaken by reputed builder. Since you are planning to invest in a project which is under construction get to know the prices and what is the present rate the builder is charging per sqft. Also find out when the builder is going to hand over the possession. You can also negotiate the price if possible. And more over if the prices quoted are within your budget and you are satisfied with all the amenities mentioned like swimming pool, gym etc, then without any further delay go and book the same at the earliest before all flats get sold out.
