Q: Guys can any body help in knowing the Bhoomi acres phase one which is ready possession. Phase II is under constr. and June 16 is possession
phase one is 12 floor. Is there any major quality difference in two Want to know more on the same

Project is approved by TMC and Home Loans providers include HDFC Bank, ICIC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, IDBI Bank, Axis Bank and all the leading banks. 8800-9300/sq-ft.

Other similar projects in the locality are Palacia, Rosa Oasis, Vijay Galaxy, Prestige Residency, Bhoomi Lawns, Puraniks Hometown, Casa Paseo, Luxuria etc.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am searching. In phase two the possession is in June 2016. Phase one is ready possession.Is there a club house for phase one ? I think it is common for phase I and II and will be phase II. my worry was that there should not be compromise in quality. I donot know the reputation of the builder.

Hi Ravi, I have done some market research about the builder and i could not find any negative comments or reviews about the builder. Moreover they have successfully completed around 10 projects and many projects are in different level of construction.

If possible try visiting some of their completed projects to verify the quality of construction.

The project is expected to get completed by next year and it has been approved by banks like HDFC and LIC. The project offers 1,2 and 3 bhk apartments and the price ranges from Rs 44 lakhs to Rs 88 lakhs.
