Hey Anand, units such as 3bhk and 4bhk ia available. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 1971 sq ft for 1.80 cr, for 4bhk it would be Rs 3cr for 3300 sq ft. The prices are fixed, so currently no discounts is given.
