Hi i am considering a 2bhk in omaxe hills @suraj kund faridabad as a property for end use . the flats are ready to move in hence wanted your expert advice on the overall projects appreciation value and future prospect of the project , also my office is in gurgaon would it be a good place to invest for end use
I have lived in this area and Water shortage is biggest problem. Till this time only 20% plots are developed and then also pepole are facing problem of water and electricity. god knows what will happen after 2-3 years
Hi Sagar, the area seems good and there are people living here but for comfortable living the area still need stime say in a gap of 3-4 years. There has not been much appreciation in the past years and the development process is ongoing. There are issues of water, electricity, roads etc so think twice if you are lookingfor ready to move units. The area is better as investment and can see growth but in the gap of atleast 5 years.
Hello, i think that it is good to invest here now but you should be knowing the pros and cons..also very few flats have completion certificate ,so think and possibly look for all posssible documents befoe purchasing. Connectivity is still an issue... the under pass gets waterlogged in monsoon and metro work is ongoing... there is work ongoing but some time needs to be given to teh area.
