Hi all,
I am planning to buy a property of this project but don't have much knowledge about the price, sizes and and the banks issuing loan for this project. Can you give a brief details on it? Thanks in advance.........

Elegant Floors by Rich Look Property located at Green Fields, Faridabat offers 3/4 BHK residential apartments from 1400-2900 sq-ft. 3BHK from 1400-1550 sq-ft and 4BHK from 1900-2900 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 4500/sq-ft. Almost all the leading banks such as LIC Housing Fin. Ltd. and HDFC are offering housing loan for this project. This project is spread over 434 acres of land and 3712 plots, 25 parks, 5 acres of water body, 4 and 2 wheelers (open+covered) car parking, 11 schools, a club and a cineplex are the few basic amenities under it.

Should i invest in the locality or not? It is heard that in coming days this area commuters direct connectivity to Faridabad and put an end to massive jams seen on the route.

See, it depends upon the reasons you want invest in a certain property. If you want buy a land so that you may in future build up a house of your own because the location of the property is nearer to your work place or you find it perfect no matter where you work or you are looking to invest in some property to get good returns.

The Noida Authority has approved a proposal to build another expressway between Noida and Faridabad. The 75-metre-wide expressway will start from Sector 150, on the outskirts of Noida. A letter regarding the proposal has been sent to the Haryana Urban Development Authority for approval.

Hi Sudhir,
I have lived in this area and Water shortage is biggest problem. Till this time only 20% plots are developed and then also pepole are facing problem of water and electricity. God knows what will happen after 2-3 years. Is it true or not?

Hi Madhu,
Now, the HUDA government has started the initiative steps and gradually the situation is under control. As i mentioned above that the area seems good and lot's of people are living there but for comfortable living, the area still need some to develop.

HI Neelima,
Even i was looking for investment in this project and had a word with their marketing guy and she told me that the possession date will be August'2015.

This area seems good and there are people living here but for comfortable living the area still need stime say in a gap of 3-4 years. There has not been much appreciation in the past years and the development process is ongoing. The area is better as investment and can see growth but in the gap of atleast 5 years.
