Q: A broker has suggested a 2 BHK flat in Ekta Suprabhat , as per the broker the flat will be available by Dec 2014. For all those who have booked a flat in this project , please inform if this is a good projet to buy a flat .

Well @Bikram,
Goregaon West is primarily a middle-class residential neighborhood. However the area is now turning into a wealthy suburb. Several Business developments are also happening in the locality. Some famous schools include the Royal Academy and Ryan International School. The locality has several stores including Reliance ans Oberoi Mall in its vicinity. The area is well connected through the Western Express Highway and Linking Road. It has two major bus depots.

I understand that traffic is heavy, but slow moving, even in peak hours. The traffic lights are effectively managed so that people don't have to face a difficulties.

Thanks for the feedback . this project is in Goregaon West , not east ..there were some remarks about the developer SD Constructions on 99 acres and was concerned about the delays and the builders committment to complete the development ...Any feedback is welcome .

Even i am planning to buy a 2BHK unit of this project and made a conversaion with their sales person and she said that there is no delay in possession. The possession date will be December'2014.
The Goregaon West is close to the Western Express Highway. It is situated at the north of CST has witnessed steady development. It has planned drainage and sewage systems. Some private developers are maintaining the cleanliness of the area. However, this area is now turning into a wealthy suburb because Film City is also located in this locality. So, as per my knowledge is concern it is a good project to buy a flat.

Ekta Suprabhat by SD Construction strategically located at Goregaon West in Mumbai. It is primarily a middle-class residential neighborhood. However the area is now turning into a wealthy suburb. It is a G+20 storey flats having approx 200 no. of units in 2 blocks. It offers 1/2 BHK from 785-1150 sq ft, @ Rs. 13000/sq ft.
