Disappointed with Hiranandani OMR Chennai apartment quality and amenities. The exterior looks good but faced multiple challenges with apartment quality. No corpus fund was provided to building associations. There are serious gaps in building safety and utility aspects. The garden and club house is retained by builder leaving little UDS for apartment owners. Club house has continuously rising mandatory charges to be paid without which lifetime membership fees will be forfeited. Bad investment – high maintenance, poor resale price and poor rental.
Hi, Even I am thinking of investing in the House of Hiranandani projects, I have been to a few of these projects like Bayview, Anchorage, Amalfi, Sinovia, Edina when I was home searching for my family. Most of these project offer great view of the Bay of Bengal situated nearby. Also, they offer superior amenities like swimming pool, fully equipped gyms, Jacuzzi spa, jogging tracks, squash and badminton courts, snooker pool, tennis courts, children’s play area, cafes, schools, refreshment zones, etc. For education, there are schools with CBSE and IB curriculum. You can also visit the extensive library. Being an avid reader, I love this particular part. I am thinking of investing in these apartments in omr, most probably in the Sinovia project. Here all the apartments are decked with contemporary bathroom fittings, designer kitchen area, and exclusive Pooja room. There are three elevators for the four apartments per floor. If not Sinovia, then I will either invest in Bayview or Anchorage
I am currently considering buying a 3 BHK in one HoH project. I am choosing to buy in the OMR city because I work for a company there in SIPCOT Park. So, marching to and fro from home and office would be easy and less taxing from there than my current home. I had the chance of seeing this place around 2 weeks ago. First impression about the place is positive. It is exhilarating in fact. I am saving enough to buy such a place, that keeps me at a distance from traffic and commotion, and at the same time gives me an option to look around at interesting places (such as here at Bay of Bengal) during my weekends. The infrastructure, not to mention, looks impressive. The kitchen, bathroom, and study room have a contemporary feel and style to them. I like that the place has spa, jogging tracks, and squash court among other things. I also sometimes engage in snooker - and that’s covered too. The community is modern with young and old people flocking the parks and other recreational spaces.
OMR is a good place to invest. the surrounding area around OMR is developing really fast . in just few years you are going t get some really great profit form this investment and who wont like to have a sea facing apartment
The hirannadani community in OMR is really great. we have a 3 BHK in Bayview and it is amazing. the best thing is with all these amenities which is provided to us by Hiranandani we don't even feel like going out on weekends. it is so much fun to stay over there.

The property is strategically located but how do you find family renters in the area for obvious reasons. I have seen a great demand from the IT company employees for rentals. The rents vary from 25 to 30 k minimum
i like this place it is really great.i just love the ambiance over here. the view,the amenities and how can i forget the amazing community we have. i have been here for last 6 months and by far it has been good.
Trust me it is awesome. Most of families are well to do so your kids are grown up in a good surrounding. The amenities provided are fantastic. I was more than happy with my decsion even my family and kids are happy with the decision..

This is big cycle of approvals and management, somehting is always missed out. what matters is the product u get in the end. You have taken a decision believe in it and wait for it to give results. None of the amenities are operational yet.... Can you be little elaborate on ( you have to pay 28k per annum for 2 adults + 2 kids) this price is for what?
In my old building we had to pay 45 k for the same and were offered lesser amount, since these communites are handled by assoicaition all the cost adds up to 28k which i dont think is more looking at it, if thats the annual charge.

Yes Indira, but in this project they provide Underground and overhead storage tanks of suitable capacity with pumps. So far I didnt heard any problem for water here.
You cannot help with the government water issue, How is the realtor responsible for that. Anyways they have huge capacity storage water tanks which are refilled everyday by the concerned authorities. So it is almost impossible to have water issues.
Its Good. They have organised a 5km marathon on..A Kids summer camp. They have an tennis court / cricket pitch which is operational. Well organised is what i would say
