Q: After taking flat at rent I found that they create rules by seeing people. For bachelor security person asked to maintain rule against Human Rights in Indian constitution. Like Parents, friends are not allowed as I am bachelor tenant. I didn't understand the logic behind those illegal verbal rules and don't know who is that person who created those verbal rules against humanity which provoke me to ask this question in the forum. Those insane rules make us seek more and more.

Latest Answer: Hi Himanshu, Due to the increasing number of crimes, may be a society member create this rule, but I personally think that this rule and regulation maintain punctuality among the owner of the flat.This rule comes under security cross check.

Latest Answer: Hi, OMR is one of the posh area and covered with almost IT company so the location its self seen good appreciation in sell or in renting the properties.current for 3bhk unit u get approx 18to 26 K depending upon how u lent it out . whether is unit is semi- furnish or furnish.

Latest Answer: Disappointed with Hiranandani OMR Chennai apartment quality and amenities. The exterior looks good but faced multiple challenges with apartment quality. No corpus fund was provided to building associations. There are serious gaps in building safety and utility aspects. The garden and club house is retained by builder leaving little UDS for apartment owners. Club house has continuously rising mandatory charges to be paid without which lifetime membership fees will be forfeited. Bad investment – high maintenance, poor resale price and poor rental.
