@Gurmeet: The project is approved by CMDA. The project is located in Madhuravayal. It is very well located area at Chennai. It is near by Dr. MGR Deemed University, Raja Rajeshwari Engineering College, Thai Moogambigai Polytechnic College, Meenakshi Dental College and Hospital, Thiru Seven Hills Polytechnic. It is on the Chennai-Bangalore NH-4. Since the locality is in good demand it will be good for investment as well.

Hi Priya, units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 60 lakhs for 748 - 1078 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 67 lakhs for 954 - 1202 sq.ft. Madhuravayal is very pleasant area for residential purpose and no difficulties for water supply and schools and colleges are near bye. All shopping facilities are near.
