Which all banks have tie up with this project ?? Are they providing any negotiations also ?? What is the price for 2bhk ?

@Pranab: The banks such as Axis bank have tie up with this project. Yes the project is slightly negotiable. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 46 to 49 lakhs for 1104 to 1145 sq ft.

Hello Uday, this project is located in Iyappanthangal. It has Proximity to Chennai Bypass Road (Maduravoyal Bypass), Next to Sri Ramachandra Hospital & Maduravoyal to Tambaram Bye pass. As far as I know it is good for investments also.
