@Balwinder: Iyyappanthanagal is decent and calm area with good ventilation facility. No pollution and nearby to all major software concerns and just 1 km from Ramachandra Medical College and hospital and 1 km from Iyyappanthanagal bus depot with well laid out road. Yes it will be good for investments as well.

Hello Komathi, the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 87 lakhs for 1480 - 1725 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 60 lakhs for 1070 - 1180 sq ft, for 1bhk it would be Rs 32 lakhs for 605 - 630 sq ft.

When is the expected completion date of the project ??? What is the current price per sq ft ?? Which all bank have approvals ?

@Balwinder: The expected completion date of the project will be by dec 2016. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 5,000. Leading housing finance have approvals for home loans.
