When is the project handover

Q: 90% payment is likely to be taken by b4 May-14. But builder official hand over date is Dec-2016. They may handover in May-16. But commonfloor it is indicated as Dec-15. Still the 31 Months from 90% payment to OFficial hanodver date is not understood

I have booked a unit two years ago. No proper response for our queries when it comes to construction details etc. Not even site visits are engaged. Better option is to choose small builders where we get more freedom to raise queries and get response. Bigger Giants not treat customers properly. You need to accept what you get.

Hi Prasanna, recently i had a conversation with the builder and he told me the possession date will be by dec 2015. I think you should check with the builder once more for the date. :/
