Hi. I have invested for the same project. The builder is very good and i can vouch for them. Really very good construction and features. I dont think there is a problem of water logging here as they have built at a high ground.

There will be a total of 198 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhks. The project is spread over 5.37 acres of land and the expected delivery is by March 2017. It is a Stilt+9 floors structure

DRA's project Pristine Pavilion current rate per sq ft is Rs 3450. Yes DRAs Pritine Pavilion is one of the best homes in this area. The amenities are top notch. I have recently booked a flat there. I also enquired with ppl from that area and they say water supply is not a problem. Security is good in the apartments as there are many provisions for it.
