Hi,

Its regarding issue with booking amount refund from Patel. Are you also struggling to get this money back or so. I am also going through same issue. i think we all should get together to get the money back. We should not leave just like that. pls share no if u know anyone who is having the same issue. had u booked through someone or directly from Patel?

Yes you are right Bharat, all the owners should form a group and talk with the builder to refund the money.

Hi Everyone,
I booked a flat in Smondo 4 eighteen months back and so far no approval with them.
They are unprofessional unethical people cheating everyone. I have cancelled my flat and still waiting for my refund.
I am following since December for refund and there is no answer. The director of Patel reality Neel Patel is also a big lier. So go ahead and file complained in court.
I would encourage people to spread the message and avoid getting cheated.
I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH PATEL REALITY they are cheater and unprofessional people. I will be going to court if they dont refund the money soon.

I feel that you should go with Smondo 4, it is a township project. Moreover the builders are also giving discount on the rate per sqft they are quoting.

Electronic City is a better option for investment and you can also except good returns in the coming future because of the PRR project. You can also get good returns as many reputed offices are there. The region is well developed and has many reputed IT companies, industries and residential spaces. It also has some of the reputed educational institutions and hospitals to give better facility to the residents.
