Few are the basic amenities are well equipped club house, internal concrete roads, well designed gymnasium, fire fighting system, multi purpose hall, jogging track, video door phone, jogging track, children's play area, 2lifts for each block, 2 level car parking etc.

Well,
This project got all the approvals from PMC and nationalize banks. The leading loan providing banks are ICICI, HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Fin.Ltd. and SBI.

Hi Aveek,
Prasun Savoy is a goog project at Dhanori in Pune for both invester as well as for the end users. This project offers 2BHK luxurious flats from 855-1015 sqft, @ Rs.4601-4701/sqft. It is a G+11 storeys flats spreading across 2.5 acres of land and having approx 200 units. There are 3 wings in it and each wing has a 2 nos of lifts.
Price are differ here because of Rs. 4601/sqft for non-garden sitting and Rs. 4701/sqft for garden sitting.

Well..... Himani,
Dhanori is an upcoming areas located on the eastern side of the city and offers properties at affordable price compared to other areas. Huge development have been seen in past few years which raised the housing demand. This area is very close to Pune Railway Station and the Airport. The development work has already started in this locality and govt. is looking at the infrastructure of this suburb.
