Is the project approved ?? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ?? What is the current price per sq ft ?

@Pranab: The project is approved by CMDA. Banks such as Axis, ICICI, HDFC home loans have approvals for home loans. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 5,300.

When is the completion date of the project ? How is the locality ?

@Pranab: The completion date of the project will be by dec 2015. It is peaceful and green locality. Surrounded by a lot of schools, hospitals. Good water table with less pollution. Ideal place for family. It is well connected to airport & Koyambedu bus stand.

Hello Murali: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk is available. The price for 1bhk will be Rs 33 lakhs for 476 - 608 sq ft, for 2bhk it would be Rs 58 lakhs for 1023 - 1090 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 86 lakkhs for 1305 - 1606 sq ft.
