I have bought an apartment in VGN Temple Town located in Thiruverkadu. After going through so many apartments I have finally booked this really beautiful one. These apartments are really good and are located in a fantastic environment. The maintenance inside the apartment is really satisfied and admin workers are polite and fast to address any problems. Im enjoying my time here and would always recommend it to others. It was an incredibly beautiful place and also very peaceful. There are a many shops, hotels, transport and schools around this location. It provides services that are not available in other apartments.

@Balwinder: The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3,899. Thiruverkadu is an excellent locality having all the basic facilities available. Transport facility is also good in this locality. Having good connectivity with the other parts of the city. As far as I know this is a good project and it is good for investment as well.

When is the completion date of the project ?? Is the project approved ? Any idea about banks ?

@Balwinder: The completion date of the project will be by dec 2015. The project is approved by CMDA. Almost all banks have approvals for home loans in this project.

Hello Pavan: Units such as 1bhk for 25 lakhs ( 594 sq ft ) for 2bhk it would be Rs 55 lakhs onwards for 960 - 1226 sq ft , for 3bhk it would be Rs 65 lakhs for 1260 - 1453 sq ft. This project is located in Thiruverkadu.
