@Balwinder: The price range of the project will be Rs 40 lakhs onwards for 2bhk ( 1101 - 1141 sq ft) for 3bhk it would be Rs 50 lakhs around for 1360 - 1518 sq ft.

Hello Priya, this project is located in Varadharajapuram, Perungalathur. Perungalathur is a very good locality. It is nearby CBSC schools and collage with good air, nearby bus stand Nedunkunram, just 1 km from Vandalur to Kelampakkam road, 3.5 km from Perungalthur railway station are in this locality.
