Q: Hi, I have bought a flat in XenoPearl which comes in Sree PrabhuPada Township. I need to know about the land title in this place. Does anyone know is the land title clear in this area? Are there any boundary issues existing in this township?

Hello Shnii, if you are taking home loan then you dont have to worry about the land title as they must have enquired about the project. But if you are not taking home loans I think you should talk with the lawyer and check details about the property or you can take details from the builder. As far as I know the project is approved by HMDA.
