Hi everyone,
It is an excellent place with all the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals are nearby. Some colleges are still in developing phase. Road connectivity is also good with other part of the city. It is well connected by train, buses and public transports. All daily necessities and utilities are easily available and within doorstep.
The plots rate in this area is 500-600/sq.ft.

Kursi Road is the famous place of Lucknow. It is one of the most developing areas in Lucknow. It is very close to the industrial area and some colleges and malls are in developing phase. Area is developing very fast with high potential for future return. One should keep the investment period of atleast 5-10 yrs. In 10 yrs. it will give you the 3 times of your investment. So, i can suggest you to go for that or you can see in other areas like Nagram Road. It is also a good area for investment.
